Francine E. Canion

Prior to founding Canion Investment Group, Francine Canion began her career as a sales agent at Bellmarc realty, and devoted her time exclusively to sales.  Later in her career, she joined Douglas Elliman and thereafter, decided to bark upon another exciting journey, becoming the CEO and founder of Canion Investment Group and Canion Property Management. 

Her skills and areas of expertise involve residential and commercial real estate. Her professional title is managing broker, which specialize in residential sales.  Whether working with sales agents, or clients, her main focus is to always create an "Exceptional Real Estate Experience" for everyone involved.  She is respectful of her clients and extremely mindful of what they want to achieve.  Trust is hard to come by in today’s fiercely competitive real estate market. Harold Bernstein

Real Estate veteran and developer Harold Bernstein has been a vital force in providing a broad spectrum of services to clients and customers.  Harold began his career in real estate under the tutelage of his father who had amassed a collection of residential buildings. His first venture began in the Miami Beach area where he purchased dilapidated buildings at rock bottom prices.  In 1998 Harold Bernstein founded HGB Investments a Miami based luxury real estate development, holding and management firm. HGB’s partners represent diverse clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment grade real estate. HGB investments  has now teamed up with Africa-Cohen investments, a company that has earned millions in the diamond market.

All of Harold Bernstein’s creations incorporate his own sense of style, elegance, and privacy, and represent prime examples of legendary living.

Sarah Palmer
